About Me

My name is Vincent (he/him). I am a qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from The Minster Centre, a leading Counselling and Psychotherapy training institute. I am currently studying for an MA with The Minster Centre and Middlesex University in Integrative Psychotherapy.

I have valuable experience in supporting individuals to free themselves from compulsive sexual behaviours and other relationship difficulties. In the past, I offered one-to-one support to individuals affected by or living with HIV at Positive East, a non-profit organization. I ran workshops at Body & Soul Charity, from 'Dating with HIV' to 'The Issue of Disclosure'. During my training, I joined the therapy service at the Hudson Centre as a trainee associate.

My client group has been wide-ranging and includes people from diverse cultures, genders, sexualities, religions and faiths. I am an LGBTQIA+ friendly therapist working with and fully embracing diversity.

I am bilingual and I practice in French and English.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their code of ethics.

I hold an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate and I am registered with Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). I collect, store and process information about my clients to enable me to run my practice and provide an ethical service to you.

About Therapy

In general, therapy is designed to help increase your personal insight, promote healthy behaviours and improve upon or teach new methods for coping. Armed with these new skills, you can begin to make changes in your life. The ultimate goal of therapy is to improve your quality of life and provide you with better overall functioning.
